This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shadowrocket VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or its associated trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or service fees, and any fee changes will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as this may compromise system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Explanation of service limitations: The functionality of this App relies on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to user device arrears, data limits, or poor network signals, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside of a Wi-Fi environment, your mobile carrier may incur data traffic charges. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without using a suitable data plan, the resulting roaming charges must be borne by you. Before using this App, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, disabled permissions, or unavailable network conditions is not covered by compensation. Although we strive to provide accurate route and status information, some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service without prior notice. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
